Project Management Professional
I am a Project Manager Professional with twenty years of experience delivering value to business partners and organizations. I have managed businesses, teams, and projects. I earned my PMP in 2016 and have been leading project management teams ever since. I strive to build a successful IT Project Management Office at the University of North Texas that will contribute to effective project implementations across the enterprise through engagement and collaboration with our business partners.
Instructional Designer
I have earned my Master of Science in Learning Technologies in the Spring of 2024. I have been able to enhance my knowledge and skills in Instructional Design to train, support, and lead my team members to be successful in their roles. I have used these skills in training my current team on Objectives and Key Results and how to develop an effective Project Management Office. I plan to continue my learning journey so that I can lead change and assist others in reaching their goals.
